@savannaschwartz: Growing mushrooms at home is fun relatively easy! Shiitake mushrooms are delicious, but they don’t grow wild here in Kentucky. These are fantastic mushrooms to dehydrate to store. They reconstitute very well, but I also like to season and roast the dried ones for some yummy mushroom “chips” #foraging #mushroom #homestead
