When those water mains were installed many years ago there was not wildfire problems. Those water mains and pumps don’t have capacity to provide what was needed.

House that’s destroyed, did owner shut off water main before they left. Pictures show water spraying over wreckage. It’s water pressure. And water being used by FD….
