Idk I’d have to google it but I doubt it’s blued, I’d assume it’s a nitride coating like most slides now days when they aren’t carakoted

It’s not engraving persay. It’s more like an etching. It only cuts through the coating that’s on firearms, not the metal.

diode lasers can 100percent mark metal...but there needs to be a coating between them...the diode "blasts" and vaporizes the coating into the metal, same concept for clear glass

don't act like your smart. You have to scratch the same to remove the surrounding Is plating or analyzing or powder coat. Anything that will remove the surrounding color will remove that engraving.

A diode laser will not do anything other than a minor surface marking on ANY METAL. don't be a vevor simp like the rest of tic tok.
