but wouldn't using this logic mean that full body 3 times a week is a better split?

am i the only one confused with his math? 8+8+8=24 and 11+10+10=31? that isn’t the same amount of time i’m just a little lost cause if it’s a fair comparison it should be the same amount of total days

Frequency doesn’t matter as much when training volume is set in place. Its pretty much whatever suits your client best at that point. Also, more is not always better.

This comes down to personal preference and there are a few parts of this that are not true. you will not build more muscle doing upper lower as there is no scientific research or evidence to prove this, building muscle comes down to frequency of training, intensity and volume which you can achieve through both forms training, the preference comes down to how much time you have to train through the week

But also ppl u get to focus on each muscle with more intent since you have less fatigue through the session into later exercises

Im no expert but on a upper you usually do 1-2 sets Per muscle, where on PPL you can do 2-3. So even tho you have higher frequency, you dont target the muscles as much? I might be wrong but Idk.

But then each muscle group gets less stimulus (reps/sets) no? I know that low volume high intensity is better but even considering that?
