I experienced true severe turbulence from Rome to CLT where you legit were going airborne in your seat and flight attendants couldn't get to their seat in time. Still have not been able to fly

Pilot here, happens all the time. Only stress we have is that we’re making people stressed, but we have 0 fear of the actual turbulence

I have heavy turbulence also during my flight and since that was my first flight I didn't know🤣 I was like oh it's just the airplane touching the sky🤣🤣
