this happened to us, then they lifted the wheelchair up instead and complained he hurt his shoulder. then tried telling us it was a pram 😂

That's so awful. So sorry you're being treated like that. So many railway staff don't care about the passengers. The ramp is literally in front of you... why can't they just grab that one?

What an awesome guy! For someone that now won’t do public transport or fly anywhere because of the way I’ve been treated because I’m a wheelchair user, I wish more people would help. 👏🏻
