@my.mini.bakes: Beef casserole / stew in the Mini Bakes Kitchen. Hearty and warming for a cold and snowy January. Buckle up this took an age to film and to edit! Who got to the end? #ingredients : Beef I used chuck Lil onions, Lil Potato, Tiny carrots, garlic, red wine Dried Thyme beef stock or beef casserole packet Salt, pepper & Chilli mix Extra virgin Olive oil (can use butter or veg oil) hot water fresh herbs of your choice! You can add as much veg as you please! #Recipe Brown off the Beef with a little olive oil, add seasoning, and garlic once browned put the beef aside and use the juice and oil from the beef to mix together the veg. Sweat your onion until soft and golden then add the beef and enough flour to coat all - this will help thicken the sauce. Add your red wine and stock and any fresh or dry herbs I used mixed herbs and thyme. Let the pot slowly bubble it took mine 45 minutes but remember I’m mini! Serve with crusty bread, dunk and enjoy! #beef #casserole #stew #littlethings
