@louisthehuskyy: Replying to @.*.*.ꫀ ᥅ ꠸ ᛕ ꪖ ᥫ᭡.*.*. I can’t get behind the people saying husky owners in FL, TX, or the south are bad owners for making their dogs live there. (This is not shade to the comment I used, I just used it to make this post) PERSONALLY, I would rather the dog be loved in a home in florida than in a shelter in Alaska. As long as the dog is taken care of and healthy I don’t know what anyone’s problem is. For me, Louis loves the summer as long as we have breaks from the heat (swimming, AC, car rides etc.) is it ideal for a huskies life to be in heat? No but if their owner knows them and knows how to care for them, making sure they don’t get dehydrated, overheat etc. then I wouldn’t call it neglect. Huskies are double coated so, in the summer their undercoat will be looser to keep them more cool vs in the winter it keeps them insulated and warm with the thicker undercoat. As a husky owner you just have to learn the ropes and not everyone will be perfect, myself included. Life’s about learning, but a loving dog-owner is just that I don’t think anyone should be knocked for it if the dog is happy and healthy. 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ #huskysoftiktok #louisthehuskyy #husky
