Pour la ganache montée : 200g de chocolat 350g de crème Faire bouillir la moitié de la crème et verser sur le chocolat, mélanger Ajouter le restant de la crème, mélanger puis réserver au frais minimum 4hr avant de monter au fouet . 100g de pâte à tartiner pour le montage 🇬🇧 Chocolate and hazelnut butter cake The biscuit: 150g butter Vanilla 120g sugar 2 eggs 300g milk 1 tbsp vinegar 40g cocoa 260g flour 6g baking powder 1/2 tsp salt Prepare a hazelnut butter by cooking the butter over low heat until it turns brown. Pour into a 20cm diameter mold Cook for about 40 minutes at 160° Let cool then divide into two circles. For the whipped ganache: 200g of chocolate 350g of cream Boil half of the cream and pour over the chocolate, mix Add the rest of the cream, mix then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before whipping. 100g of spread for assembly
