Yh don’t buy these the material there made of is called kinesiology tape u can buy a big roll on amazon for like a tener 👍

I put vaseline on my lips so its not as sore in the morning to peel off also licking round the tape helps with the peel off 🤣

yea but wont you get like spots or a rash from where the tape has been caude its not good for your skin thats why im too scared to use them lol
