What is the dosage. Normally it’s 3 a day. That 30 count bottle is only good for 10 days. So that’s 3 bottles a month 36 bottles a year !

been taking it for 6 plus months, BP still a bit high, doc says keep taking it, can't hurt but not enough in it for over the counter to be effective. so back on my prescription
