I have pcos and compound glp1 is my last resort. 10lbs in 7weeks is the most I've ever lost. There's nothing wrong with my diet/exercise, the meds help my body respond normally to my efforts

I had bariatric surgery, but have learned more about eating and sustainability on a GLP1 than I ever did with the surgery. I’ve still had to do the work to lose 160lbs though.

I have lost 75lbs through diet and exercise and regained; now I’m on ozempic and I’ve re- lost 22 lbs. I can assure you both ways are difficult. Ozempic helps me hate myself less and control cravings

Yum, couldn't have eaten the cookie prior to Tirzepatide (too much food anxiety). With Tirzepatide I'll have two and I will still lose weight. No anxiety.
