@itskristaann: They are always paired with someone older to ensure a good customer experience but if you want them to turn into great adults you have to understand that the person ringing you up might not have ever interacted with adults outside of them being authority figures (teachers, parents, etc) and now they are learning how to properly do that…. I could go on all day about how cruel I’ve seen people be to 15 year olds simply because they didn’t small talk correctly or made a minor error they quickly corrected. #genz #genalpha #newjob #firstjob
