I am a Mexicana living life in beautiful Oregon. Fur mommy to a beautiful golden retriever. Building our dream home my dream life with my partner. I am the oldest sister between me & my two brothers. Family comes first. I am who I am because of who raised me. I am a lover girl. Foodie at heart, even when I’m tracking macros. 🤍 How I started fitness: 2020 was the start of my fitness journey and never looked back. I started goin to help my friend be comfortable and even when she stopped going I kept going. Completely fell in love with everything there is about to learn when it comes to fitness. Not just there gains but also all the health benefits that comes from being active and taking care of your body. I got certified as a personal trainer back in August 2023 & officially been training for 1 year! I have a fitness app for my clients & currently started hosting fitness challenges. 🤍 My biggest advice to anyone younger: LOVE YOURSELF. I know that’s so cliche but once you find love and kindness for yourself no one can take that from you. I am my biggest fan and never doubt I can do it.
