Hi, I purchased the ICE Smartwatch 1 which is still under warranty. It developed an issue and was sent in for a warranty claim, but the claim was denied due to spare parts being unavailable. Since then, I’ve tried to reach out via email and WhatsApp, but have received no replies or solutions. I’m using this platform as a last resort, since no other channels are responding. It’s disappointing that the only option offered is to add money for an upgraded version, this feels like a workaround rather than honoring a valid warranty. A warranty without proper support feels like a broken promise. I sincerely hope your team can respond and provide a fair resolution soon. Ignoring customers is not the way to build trust.
