I find this quite convenient, bc in my country some apartment blocks have horrible layouts. Having “a standard” solves that issue.

This is very practical. No need to buy new furniture every time you change apartments. If you move to the same layout, everything is guaranteed to fit.

It’s not a bad idea, as it makes construction cheaper, architectural designs are way cheaper, furniture can be standardized, plumbers and electricians know how to manage issues, etc, etc.

Yess I visted lot of appartements and is the same bur sometime rénovation make it derferent but Most appartement dont have unique vibe.. People don't really decorate
