My 10lb Shih Tzu sets it off and he goes mental! I latch the seat belt when he’s in the car with me alone.

I've been able to turn it off in every car I've owned so far, but my last car was made in 2016, so not sure what's happened since then.

my brother leaves his seat belt plugged in. When the dog gets in he tells him to put on his seat belt and he slides in behind the chest part. It’s funny
