I got a feeding tube placed last year when I was 23 and I lowkey wish I was younger and could have someone like you bc I was absolutely terrified but they assume adults are okay with everything

My son was hospitalized last year at Monroe Carrol and the child life specialists made ALL the difference in his mood and the general vibe in our room. What you do matters SO much!

When I was 24 I got a major DVT and had to have surgery and was in the hospital for 8 days. Child life sent up 2 bags of things for me to do with my hands even tho I was technically already an adult
