I have the same hoover for 1 year + now and it's the best buy for my floors never a problem plus it mops right up to the skirting .

had mine 6 months, new update has been installed and now it doesn't work! Eufy customer service is shocking! I'm gutted, cost £800 and was brilliant at first.

Wouldn’t touch that brand. They don’t offer a post warranty repair service. I had one that lasted just over 2 years. Cost £400. Terrible value for money and terrible customer service.
