I've seen these little loopy things that hook around the earring & discreetly behind your ear to help with the weight. maybe try those?

I've heard that putting plasters (not the cotton part) on both sides helps though I haven't tried it muself

I have the same problem with a pair of earrings I have. But I’m not to bothered by it. It hasn’t actually damage my ear lobes in any way

a piece of fabric plaster tape on the back of the ear lobe, put the earring through and voila. I use this for my heavier earrings and it helps to support the skin.

They are so beautiful!! But I wouldn’t wear super heavy earrings that often, my grandma always did and her earlobes are almost through now! To be fair she used to sleep in them

It might be worrying from the perspective of cheese wiring. It's less of an issue if it's a lower gauge (larger diameter) so if they're 1mm I'd be more concerned than 1.2mm.

Lobe wonder brand patches are the absolute best! I have permanently stretched earlobes from earrings but I can wear earrings thanks to Lobe Wonder

Look up ear support for heavy earrings, you can get things that loop round your ear a little, and there’s also wide backs which spread the weight 😊 they’re lovely!

Lobe Support Patches for Heavy Earrings! My mum has used them since I was a kid I use them they work great! And you can get them on Amazon!

Making Clip-on piercing hybrids seems to help with this . Add a clasp that fits over the pin :)
