The cleanse is brutal. I felt so weak for a few days. But they found 3 pre cancerous polyps so that short term inconvenience saved my lift. That was 3 yrs ago. I have to do another this year.

My sister prepped for her colonoscopy, arrived for her appt the next morning, & was told the appt wasn’t until the following week.🤣 Fortunately, they were able to fit her in that day.

For future reference: the day before you drink the prep - drink liquids like Gatorade. And do not wait until 6pm or whatever to start the prep. Start earlier so you can get some sleep.

I almost watered my bed but I managed to make it. if I have to do it again I'm wearing diapers. no chance I'm running that hard in the middle of darkness. I'm lucky to be alive 🙃
