I think I might use Instagram and facebook less often. it's hard to get rid of fb bc that's the way my town and many orgs out out info, events, etc and I still want to engage in those which are part of my real world.

I sadly agree. I despise FB, X, Instagram and YouTube but if we all leave, our voices are shuttered. Pete Buttigieg was a lone Democrat to go on FOX and he made in roads. We must try.
