I never go to the bookstore. I go to the thrift store. My thrift store has a section of free books. Some of them are recent releases. If they get too many of the same book they give them away free.

That is a BEAUTIFUL bookcase. I'm jealous! Mine are all just reinforced Ikea bookcases. I have 2032 books so all my shelves are double stacked in 6 bookcases, and a pile on the floor, and all my shelves are starting to bow in the middle 😅

I put them on my shelf in order that I buy so the newly bought books go at the end and if I really want to read, it will make me read quicker, i also make sure the same authors go next to each other

I put all my books in a box and had my toddler pick out what I read next since she couldn't read. once read I then decided if it was worthy of my shelf or needed to be donated.
