@ablack_fitness: I lost 8lbs in 8 weeks during my calorie deficit for weight loss. This is 1️⃣ reason my calorie deficit was so successful #nomorefaddiets #BehaviorChange #bodyrecomposition #2024weightloss #weightlosshardtruth #caloriedeficittips #simplehealthtips #weightlossmotivation #realweightlosstips #millenialweightloss #bodytransformations #dietexitplan #WeightLossForLife #weightlosschallenge #keeptheweightoff #over30weightlosswomen #sustainbleweightloss #2025weightlossgoals #hormonesandweightloss #caloriedeficitdiet
I do a CD until a stone is lost, then I maintain for 4-6wks before going again. My friends think I’m weird but it feels great

Genuinely, how do you get over the fear of breaking your deficit?

I went to a weight loss place they have me at 1200 calories. I’ve started walking and working out and am not losing any more 😫 I’m feeling so frustrated

How long to stay at maintenance between deficits . I’m going on 9 weeks in deficit and lost 23lbs so far . I know I’ll need to give my body a break soon .

I decided I'm doing 1 maintenance day per week. Just to keep me sane. Also for me to practice when I'm not in a deficit anymore.

This was my plan, I lost 30 pounds and still want to lose a bit more, but I took 4 months off to see if my relationship with food had changed I had the ability to maintain my weight (I did!)

I did the math. My “caloric deficit” with moderate exercise calculated in is the same number as my calorie maintenance if I were to live a sedentary lifestyle. It’s so much easier to know

But if they weren’t losing fat, doesn’t that mean they HAVEN’T been in a deficit?

I’ve been in a deficit for years. I may need to reverse diet? What do you mean outside of a deficit?

If I do a calorie deficit for 12 weeks and then have 1 week at maintenance calories before jumping into a deficit again would that work? Trying to lose 12 kg ☺️

People who are in decades of a deficit are probably really small and their deficit is a really low number which makes it harder to lose weight because they r prob eating over ..that’s why

YES! I was in deficit for months then I had a physical muscle injury due to a bad fall. I immediately went to matinance calories and have held it well for almost 3 months. I still need to loose 30 more pounds so I will return to deficit next month because it can take months for a muscle or ligament to heal properly.

I have never been in a conscious deficit before, now I have a 500cal one but also eat whatever I want on some days here and there. I have been losing 5kg a month like that
