@tastewithnicki: CHICKEN ALFREDO STUFFED SHELLS🥦🧀 Creamy, cheesy, and so cozy!! Stuffed shells are always a hit with just a few steps this meal is so delicious and so easy!! RECIPE 👇 🥦Filling: To a bowl add *2 chicken breast, seasoned, cooked 4-5 minutes per side. *2 cups chopped broccoli (mine was frozen & warmed in the microwave for easy chopping) *1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning @slapyamama , 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon salt & pepper *6 oz room temp cream cheese *2 cups shredded mozzarella 🧀Alfredo Sauce: *Bring a pan to medium heat, add 1 tablespoon oil, 4 tablespoons butter and once melted add 1 tablespoon minced garlic. *Add 2 cups of heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook 5-6 minutes. Add shredded mozzarella and mix well. 🥦🧀Stuffed shells: *Boil shells according to directions and allow to cool enough to handle. *Add half your sauce to a baking dish. *Add stuffed shells. Top with the rest of your sauce. *Add more cheese on top, I used an Italian blend of mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan. *Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and broil for 3-5 for golden brown tops.
