I used an old toothbrush to work it into the grout and it’s holding up perfectly!!

I used ZEP from Home Depot and it worked SO well. Let it sit for about 10 minutes, I used a brush with a long handle to work it in and then rinsed. Grout went from dark grey to white. Easy.

I've seen this many times in my line of work. Looks good for a while then like garbage. Try zep grout cleaner &brightener at Home Depot for $10.
