In a skillet, add oil and sauté the aromatics (peppercorns, bay leaf, black cardamom, cloves) for 30 seconds or until fragrant. 4. Add water to the skillet , and let it boil. Add salt. 5. Add the rice to the boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes or until 3/4 cooked. 6. Strain the remaining water from the pot and add butter and saffron water on top of the rice. 7. Turn the heat to the lowest setting, cover, and cook for 20 minutes. 8. Turn the heat off and leave the rice, covered and undisturbed, for 5 more minutes. 9. Remove the bay leaf, fluff the rice with a fork, and serve. Garlic Butter Cheesy Chicken Sliders  Ingredients: 2 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into cubes 23-25 slider buns 1 cup mixed bell peppers, finely chopped 1 medium red onion, chopped 1/2 cup sour cream Salt to taste 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1/3 cup hot sauce ( adjust accordingly to taste ) 1 cup mozzarella cheese + more for toppings For the Garlic Butter: 1 tbsp garlic powder 1/3 cup melted butter 1 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped Method: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl add chicken, season with salt pepper, Cajun seasoning, garlic and onion powder. Mix well.  In a skillet heat some oil , once the oil is hot drop the chicken and cook for 5-8 minutes or until fully cooked stirring in between. Once the chicken is cooked remove from heat and set aside  In a mixing bowl add cooked chicken along with, sour cream, hot sauce, mozzarella cheese mix well In a baking dish add slider buns, Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the slider buns , top each with mozzarella cheese.
