Unsocial hours, long days and weeks. You definitely need to have a passion for what these guys do. I’ve been in hospitality the majority of my working life, it’s a tough graft, you’ve gotta love it.

because nowadays all these other jobs can't provide stability like it used to. Layoffs and contractual jobs. so chef i guess is more somewhat stable
