@yahoouk: The annual No Trousers Tube Ride returned to London this weekend with people stripping down to their underwear and hopping on the London Underground. Despite the freezing temperatures, crowds gathered in Chinatown and Waterloo station before heading on to the Tube in their underwear of choice. The Facebook event instructed participants to dress in “pants as normal or low-key as possible, so it looks like you’ve just forgotten your trousers”. The annual event, described as “a fun activity just for the sake of fun”, was originally organised in New York by creator Charlie Todd in 2002 and featured only seven participants. The comedian told the BBC: “The whole point is just to create unexpected moments of joy, delight and confusion.” Adding, “I’m very happy to see the tradition live on.” #notrouserstuberide #notrouserstube #london #londonunderground #londontube #notrousers #uknews
