I had this for my full hysterectomy as well as my gallbladder removal. Zero pain. 4 tiny incisions. Never even took an Ibuprofen after either surgery. Easy recoveries for both surgeries👍🏻

Why is the Da Vinci robot used instead of normal hands in some cases, besides the obvious not being able to fully open them up and robot precision?

This is how my hysterectomy was done last week! 5 scars, dr said my fibroids and uterus were the largest he’s seen weighing in at 1300 grams! Went home same day, feeling good!

Mine was done with the Davinci Robot for adenomyosis, endometriosis and leiomyoma. I went home the next day as well.

I’m having a hysterectomy in the next few months and I pray they can use the da Vinci. I have an enlarged uterus and an 8.6 cm fibroid. I’m terrified to be cut open. Never was cut open before! 🥹
