Thank goodness for the high court and bailiffs. If you rely on rental income to feed yourself and pay your mortgage/bills and someone does not pay rent for 7 months, you would like the bailiffs also.

If I’m correct, bailiffs cannot use a locksmith to enter the room as it would be an unlawful entry. It’s very much like a house too, the only way is if the use of a locksmith on the HC Writ
