I go in and out of being hot and cold as is typical with perimenopause. The only way to get warm when I’m cold is to take a hot bath.

I’m WITH you Marlies! I’ve always had a high temp 🔥now it’s mental! Constantly FREEZING🥶 never had this before… AND I’m going to Iceland in 5 weeks!

I feel the same as you. Deffo one of the only down sides. I tend to bath most nights now, just to warm up before bed x

I am permanently in my oodie and fleecey socks when I’m at home and with a blanket over me and can’t go out without gloves and hat/snood on. I was always cold anyway but it’s got worse 🥶

I'm cold all the time too! This from a woman who once flew to Sweden during winter, without a coat, and was perfectly fine 😆

I have Raynaud’s Syndrome but it’s been much worse on MJ and now have chilblains on my toes! I have to wear socks in bed and have a hot water bottle. ☹️☹️☹️
