Can you show how you do a knit stitch? Everyone hates purling, but your method has me preferring a purl. I must be doing something not as seamless whenever I’m trying to continental knit stitch

This is so helpful, thank you!! I’ve been doing Norwegian but it’s always looser than my knit stitches so have to size down a needle on the purl side, I’m def going to try a swatch with this!

when I do rows of 'normal' purl I use my thumb too. if I am doing rib I do that other method that everyone twists the stitches but then knit in the back loop when I turn my work
