@mummyandherthree.autism: What a lovely afternoon for us all. Watching so many children enjoy the snow, listening to their laughter, seeing Lilly sliding down and running right back up to go again, is something you expect of children. Oliver has never shown any interest in activities like this before but yesterday, he watched as Lilly went down, he looked so interested that we offered him a go on it. We have always worried about his unpredictability and the fact he might just jump out of it, but we have noticed a change in him recently. He seems more aware and cautious, he is also listening and following our lead. The fact he sat down voluntarily, put his legs in the correct position and held on was amazing.
