I would take betta out for an hour, stick a bunch more plants in, add other fish. This way its a ‘new territory’ and there is more cover!

You've got plenty of space, just make sure your substrate isn't too sharp bc corydoras will dig around in it and can hurt their barbells if it's sharp

The panda Cory’s should be fine considering you mostly upper and mid water fish they would be bottom dwellers and a good clean up crew

I once had tetras, corydoras & and betta. The tetras were kinda mean and basically trimmed the bettas whole fin by biting so I had to separate. But the corydoras stay at the bottom & chill

Fishtok will tell you that you need an Olympic size swimming pool to house that many fish. They will be fine.

it's never big enough to be honest I'd make a separate take for the betta alone, they can get really stressed in a community tank not that you have bad tank mates but the tetras alone.....

Put betta in a different tank for an amount of time, and while the betta is out change the tank a bit (example - switch the decor around) or add plants so it’s “new” territory for the betta! :-)

this tank is already getting up there with stock, the snail and betta alone will cover about half of the available stock in the tank. The tetra add aswell this tank is almost it stock limit…

That should be ok! Just watch your betta’s behavior with them, and make sure you have a back up plan just in case!! I learned that the hard way.

honestly I think it will be okay. I have a 20 gallon with a Betta, a snail, a pleco, and like 30ish corydoras. We started with 7 corydoras but they made a BUNCH of babies before they kinda just (1)

rule of thumb GENERALLY is one fish per gallon, of course unless they're larger fish. I had albino corys with my betta and they were great together!

I can assure you that it will be perfect, my parents are aquarium fish breeders so i know quite a lot on this topic. Panda corys will look lovely in your aquarium, they love to chew on pumpkins😁.

I'd do this with caution. I had a betta and introduced pandas and the betta killed 3 out of 6 almost straight away. 1 died instantly and the other 2 died from the stress/wounds.
