my sisters bachelorette had an escape room. i let them all figure out the puzzles and stood in one spot pushing a button that said (in very big letters) "THIS BUTTON DOES NOTHING". they were right.

when I was in high school I did an escape room and spent a solid 5 minutes on a puzzle box, later got a message on the TV saying to stop cause they forgot to put the clue back in the box.
