I'd say step one "diagnosis" get a rat test with multiple testing ( rules out the big 3 cvd/cld/flu) then from that either see a GP for a script ( cos COVID drugs work sooo good) but at least you'll have an idea how to heal

Chop red onions put it in a jar. Chop two garlic splices (not cloves) & put in jar. Pour honey over until full Put on lid of jar and leave on counter for 24 hours. Strain & take a couple spoonfuls.
