I know, most moms wish to BF, but honestly at the end of the day is what works and feel mentally okay for us. I feel like we have made BF the only best option. Honestly, Formula is best. Parents

I’ve never felt so seen.. Ive power pumped and pump every 1-2 hours and it’s still not enough. I’ve made an ounce and a half all day.. it’s draining. The most natural thing doesn’t come naturally..

Don’t let it discourage you, with my first I let it get to me and just quit. I let people get into my head that I wasn’t giving my daughter enough. This time around we still have to supplement.

I’m at almost 6 weeks pp and I can barely produce anymore and have had to switch to just formula. I feel ashamed especially when the doctor or other moms ask since it’s always so pushed to breastfeed.

My baby girl turns 8 months in 2 days, I stopped pumping at 3 months😭 it took a toll on my mental health and it still breaks my heart everyday that my body couldn’t do what it was supposed too…
