@aimiegfitness: Week in the life to feel happy and healthy ☺️💓 After an indulgent end of November and December I think like most people, I’m not feeling my absolute best so I’m taking you along with me to show you exactly how I get back to that 😅 For me this will involve lots of delish n nutrish meals, a training regime I love and lots of other healthy daily habits that help me to feel good 🌟 I’ll aim to drop a few kg to get leaner before Thailand. but that’ll come with staying consistent in a healthy active life I love.
