Being a broker myself, cancelling like that due to cheaper rate is crazy. Ruins what could become a broker/carrier relationship and trust on future loads. As they say… you get what you pay for.

Have you booked the load and that load is still on the load board after two minutes? Call back and cancel it if they don’t remove it

It's not the brokers fault, who would say no to free money. At least they told you why they cancelled. Most just don't send the BOL and then ghost you.
