100% agree. Tiktok is MUCH more then dance trends. It is place were people can find Community and start a business or career. For example all of the artists that started their careers on this app.

Also of note is that the “there are other platforms” argument doesn’t take in to account that platforms like Instagram don’t compensate creators like TikTok, the income isn’t replicable easily!

yea i’m canadian, and dont we get funds from the creator program. but i know people who get 100% of their income from tiktok. people with disabilities unable to work a usual job. it’s like firing them
