@mjross59: I love Nevada. The Pronghorn Antelope is the fastest hooked animal in North America with speeds up to 60mph. Pronghorn are found primarily in valleys between mountain ranges. The first capture in Nevada dates back to 1924. This particular group was nestled in some brush along with a fairly large band of wild horses. They started running as soon as they saw me. I find pronghorn and wild horses can be found together quite often. They seem to coordinate with each other when they feel danger is near. Last year at the Blue Wing roundup, I witnessed one pronghorn standing and watching horses in the trap. I wondered what he was thinking. #nevadawildlife #pronghorn #Nevada #ndow #nvwildhorses #eurekanv #mylife #keepwildlifewild #cohabitation #Antelope
