hello! also desensitise blood draws fron the jugular (neck) it's not often we take blood from the legs as the draw is slower and at higher risk of damaging the blood cells, we always prefer using jug!

love this!!!! you could always get crazy and add a splash of water on there before the “poke” to act as the alcohol before the draw!!

try the other legs too! most ER vets (hopefully you’ll never have to go) don’t draw from the front leg. but you can’t really practice a jugular draw with the box rip

this is such good prep<3, we used a couples towels as a ‘box’ for an anxious aussie at the vet clinic today and he did amazing
