@tylerpath: The standing barbell reverse curl and conventional supinated barbell curl are essentially the same movement minus the different wrist position. This is why a lot of the common mistakes for the barbell curl are also the same for the reverse curl. And while the weight is generally much lighter on a reverse curl, the weaker grip makes cheating all the more likely — specifically hyperextending the spine as your grip begins to fail.
