I went for DRS in 2017, cleared within the year but credit status cui till 2022 at least, I put a 10k fix d to secure a credit card. Not a fun process to go thru but alls good now!

dont be afraid of bankruptcy, nothing to be ashame of as long you tried. my father was a bankrupt when he is in his 40s, he passed away a wealthy man.

When you have no choice and can’t repay banks and the amount is large , bankruptcy can be a good option , not that you don’t pay back , interest stops and u can nego a cut .
