Try an hour cause your oven is weak. A blonde loaf like that is still raw on the inside. You need a deep golden brown color on the outside.

are you using a dutch oven?? heat it at 500 for 45 min before even putting the loaf in & then lower the oven temp to 450 & bake it for 25min covered & 15 uncovered
