What's the point of achieving the beads when you're gonna cool it down anyway. Btw I use a stainless Steel pan to cook anything, i cook every meal.

Something I’ve noticed with these pans is not to force it to unstick, shake it to see if it’s moving first but it will naturally unstick when the pan has cooked it enough if that makes sense !
