It feels like no matter what I do I’m wrong 😞 If I ask questions I’m challenging their authority, I speak directly I’m emotional, but I try to speak in their methods and suddenly I’m “too faced” 😖

They react upset like that because it causes inflammation and they don’t know how to respond without being triggered. That’s why glutamate balance is so important to help round off impulses.
