das gleiche schmerzen hab ich gehabt...am Ende aller Untersuchungen war ein Krebs entdeckt worden...bei so Schmerzen gleich richtig untersuchen lassen

It's been a few weeks now of me coming upon this video and trying it out after A MILLION back stretches that just weren't working. When I tell you... this helped me SO MUCH. The tension that it relieved from my upper back was unreal. I felt like I was on a cloud. Now I know what stretch to do if I ever feel tension there again. THANK YOU for sharing this stretch.
