I mean this is a really good and normal amount to pump. Maybe just add another session in the day? But remember an oversupply is not fun and can absolutely be so painful and dangerous.

In the morning at at night is when your prolactin levels are the highest so you make more milk. I also would recommend dirty pumping lol.
